By taking the side to break up and divide Haveman Chronicle to focus on one specific audience would not necessarily be a completely bad thing. Yes, there is the most likely potential that there would be a loss in readers however, that might not last as long as one would think. When choosing to target a specific audience you can create work that interests those readers as well as the people they hang out with. The read has a greater ability to influence those who weren’t interested before to become interested in reading the new magazine. The loss of readers at the start of the new magazine style won’t matter after long because the readers that weren’t interested before will soon take the place of those lost in the transition.
