Week 7: Bridget Jensen

I personally listen to the radio almost everyday on the way to work and home, I love the radio because you never know what song is going to come on next and you can’t pick it either. Granted with an iPod you can shuffle the songs for the same effect but you can always change the song. I don’t think that local DJ’s should be fired however I also don’t thing there should be a set playlist. I think that when there is a standardized playlist like most radio DJ’s have to use now then they play the same say 12 songs all day long which makes people made because they are over played and thats when they plug in their iPods and iPhones. If there was a larger variety of songs throughout the day rather then the same songs everyday then people would be less likely to plug in the iPod and more likely to listen to the radio more often creating those jobs for DJ’s.
