I would say go with the new younger attractive woman straight out of college. The reason why I think you should go with the college girl is because she is younger more attractive may not have that experience but can be taught and taught the way you want her to anchor your TV news station. Although she doesn’t have that much experience she is at a younger age where she connects better with new viewers older and younger. I believe having the college girl be your new anchor would up your ratings and viewers as well. This could be a good new touch for profit and a fresh start!
