The Haveman Media Empire will need to hire a new President after I retire.   Where would you take the company and why?   What would you do with our various media enterprises to ensure their future success?

If the company is going in a good direction and I think it is, I would keep it on its current track.  But I think hiring someone who is a great deal younger and more accustomed to the changing of technology, someone who is going to understand the old and new media environments is going to be important. Depending on location I think it would help if the company focused on a certain type or population of people and slowly expand on the business.  There was a saying, that if anyone can read it and not understand it then the whole point of running the business is questionable but if you can write for a group of people or followers than it makes it all worthwhile.
