At 90,000+ views, you have reached the top of the Haveman Chronicle food chain and are promoted to Editor-In-Chief.   The Editor-In-Chief oversees all phases of the production of a newspaper. All sections report to you for review. You, along with section editors, are responsible for assigning staff to stories. For our purposes, an Editor-In-Chief has all the benefits already earned as well as the incredible opportunity to hand out 1,000 views to one or more students of his or her choosing.   Like somebody’s work?   Give them the full 1,000.   Want to share the wealth with everybody?   Split it even throughout the whole class.   You can’t gift yourself the 1,000 points and you can choose to give no one the points.   The power is all in your hands.   In addition to that, an Editor-In-Chief can choose to edit a lower employee’s term paper rather than write his or her own.   To do this, email rob.prince@alaska.edu and I will send you a paper to edit.   Read the paper, work with the employee via email to improve it and then email me a short summary of what you and the student did to improve the paper.
